Complete Motorized Magnetic Torch Pipe Cutting Kit Includes:

  • CG-211C Motorized Machine with power control box and cords
  • Complete Torch Head Assembly with standard B-fittings & valves
  • Torch Holder Assembly with adjustable straight or beveling angle mount and bars
  • Cutting Tips Included: Qty 3 Acetylene G02 (Assorted Sizes. Similar to Airco brand)
  • Fully adjustable swiveling torch head beveling angle
Specifications:
  • Motor: 120V, 50-60Hz, standard Type-B plug (3-prong grounded)
  • Forward, Neutral and Reverse directional
  • Automatic Cutting Variable Speed: 1/4"-30" per minute
  • Adhesion: DOUBLE Magnetic Wheel, 110lbs
  • Pipe Diameter: Minimum 4-1/4", No Maximum (limited only by the length of your gas lines and the 24" diameter safety cable included or optional XL safety cable
  • Pipe Thickness: up to 2" thick
  • Torch is compatible with Oxyacetylene (oxy-fuel) and Propane gas with option tips
Cutting precision:
  • Deviation: less than 0.5mm for one circle cutting up on up to 17" diameter pipe
  • Absorption affinity of magnetic wheel: more than 50 KGS
  • Lateral adjustable spreader bar knob
  • Vertical adjustable torch height knob
  • 360 degree swiveling and locking torch head can bevel in virtually any angle

This is a NEW Pipe Gas Cutting Machine. It will automatically cut a pipe by using its magnetic wheels to adhere to the pipe as it automatically cuts around the diameter of the pipe. It can cut straight or beveled clean edges. See our adjustable band guide kit for vertical standing pipe.

Torch Barrel measures approximately 30mm. Torch holder clamp can fit approximately 29.65mm to 30.35mm (customers have modified this gas torch clamp holder to fit their preferred plasma cutter, but we have no instruction on this and it is outside the scope of intended use.)

    We cut and weld pipe. To be honest, we are good at doing that. This is by far the most pleased I've been with a tool purchase in a long while.

    Amazing product. Saving me alot of hours instead of cutting pipe by hand! I will say that a 00 torch tip works alot better than the big ass tips they sent.

    this beveling machine works great,
    the only draw back is that the speed controller isn't in fine enough increments.

    This tool cuts the effort of fitting pipe down in half. Clean, Straight or beveled cuts. Very minimal clean up, basically use a 4 inch wire wheel for 2 mins and its ready to fit. Will allow me to do a lot more in house work without paying someone else to do it $80 an hour. Now I can charge that!
