General Shipping
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We stock and ship all of our inventory from our warehouse in Washington, United States. We are not a reseller or middle-man. We are the manufacturer and online retailer shipping the product directly to you.
Q: Is this tool really in stock?
A: YES, unlike other companies, we stock all our tools at our warehouse here in the USA. There is no "lead time" and and we do not use a "drop shipper".
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Free USA ground shipping is offered on EVERY ITEM. We have discounted Express Overnight and 2nd day options as well. To view all shipping times and rates: Add the items to your shopping cart, click checkout and enter your shipping details.
Q: I have a job and need this tool ASAP, how can I get it quick?
A: We can deliver most tools as soon as NEXT DAY and we have a daily M-F shipping pick-up. To view this option: Add the items to your shopping cart, click checkout and enter your shipping details.
Q: What is the fastest way to order a tool?

Q: How can I check the status and location of my shipment?
A: We email order shipping confirmation and tracking. The shipping status can be viewed as soon as Fedex scans the package into their system. Please check your spam mailbox. https://www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html
Q: I only received part of my order?
A: Due to size and weight limitations we often ship single orders in multiple boxes. While all items are shipped out on the same day, they may arrive to you on different days. The Fedex tracking number provided is a master tracking number. To check the status of both packages, you must first enter the master tracking number and click on “Multi Piece Shipment" to show the status of each individual package.
Q: Local Pick-up?
A: Yes, We offer free local pick-up BY APPOINTMENT ONLY at our Kent, Washington location only. This option will show up as one of the shipping options during your website check-out. Q: Post Office Box address?
A: Fedex cannot make a delivery to a P.O. Box address. Please provide a different Non-P.O. physical address during cart check-out.
Purchasing & Payment:
Q: Why does the website keeps giving me errors during cart check-out?
A: In most cases it is the credit/debit/bank limitation or security safety. Please confirm the card has not reached a daily, monthly, single transaction limit by calling the 1-800 number on the back of your card. Credit card issuers can see your attempt to use the card and can often allow for exemptions to purchase. Confirm your billing address and details are correct. You can also try a different card or Paypal/Google Pay. Please give us a call and we can try your card. (206) 604-8363
Q: We are a reseller, tax exempt government agency, etc? Do you need our tax exempt certificate?
A: Yes, it is easy to setup tax exempt purchasing on our website:
Step 1. Register on our website with an email login and password. If you already have an email registered with us, skip to step 2.
Step 2. Use your same registered email address to send a copy of your resale or tax exempt certificate to us at info@bluerocktools.com
Step 3. We will activate your tax exempt status and email you back to confirm when complete (usually within 1-2 hours, no longer than 24 hrs.) Your account is now setup and no sales tax will be applied during checkout.
Q: Do you offer Financing, Net-30, payment plans?
A: We offer financing through the "Pay Later" option during cart check-out. It is a simple process and takes just minutes to apply. No Interest if paid in full in 6 months on purchases of $99 or more. Interest will be charged to your account from the purchase date if the balance is not paid in full within the promotional period. Minimum monthly payments required. Subject to credit approval
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major debit cards / credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Paypal CREDIT financing and Cashiers checks/Money Orders. We do not accept bank wire transfers or Collect On Delivery (C.O.D.)
International and Non-contiguous US Shipping
Q: Can you ship a +150lb Freight item to Puerto Rico, Virgin Island, UK, Australia, Panama etc?
A: Yes, we have express air services which can be costly. This is a sample of rates for a general freight item like a wire stripping machine:
Some customers will use their preferred ocean freight forwarder based in Seattle, Los Angeles, Miami. We ship free to your forwarder and they handle delivery to you. Be sure to include the complete forwarder address and your account number so the forwarder can identify the item as yours.
Q: How much to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Guam, Canada?
A: We have ground shipping rates calculated on our website to all those locations. For US Protectorates (Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands) you MUST select Country: "UNITED STATES" and then State: Puerto Rico, Guam, etc. If you select Country: Puerto Rico shipping will not calculate. We typically ship Fedex Express or USPS Priority to these locations.
Q: Alaska Freight?
A: $300 total cost for +150lb Freight shipping to Alaska when picked up at a Carlile terminal: Anchorage, Fairbanks, Kenai, Kodiak, Prudhoe.
Used and Refurbished Tools
All tools sold New, Used and Refurbished include a 30-day warranty as outlined in our business policy and are sold complete with all the original contents and accessories.
Our refurbished tools may have minor scuffs, blemishes, signs of light use and/or be repackaged. All refurbished items are inspected prior to sale, sold in good working order and include all contents.
Our used tools may have major scuffs, heavy blemishes/dirt/rust, signs of heavy use and/or be repackaged. All used items are inspected/repaired prior to sale, in good working order and include all contents.
