BLUEROCK CHARITABLE GIVING CAMPAIGN 2025!

2nd Dec 2025

In 2025, BLUEROCK Tools strengthened its commitment to giving back by continuing our employee-guided charitable program. Rather than choosing organizations from the top down, we empower our team to identify the 501(c)(3) nonprofits they care about most—and BLUEROCK supplies the financial support. This ensures our contributions reflect the passions of our employees and reach a wide range of communities and causes.

This initiative is the next step in our ongoing efforts to create meaningful change. We’re grateful for the enthusiasm our team brings to this work and look forward to building on these efforts in the years ahead.

At the heart of our campaign is a simple purpose: to uplift others, make a real difference, and help improve the world around us. Through this program, we’re working to tackle important issues, bolster organizations doing important work, and encourage positive action wherever we can.

Campaign Overview

Company-Funded Giving:
The foundation of our initiative is a fully funded program that provides every employee with funds they can donate to any eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofit. They choose the organizations. They choose how to divide their contribution. BLUEROCK covers the cost entirely.

Donation Matching:
In addition to the core program, BLUEROCK is also matching employee contributions this year. For every dollar an employee donates personally, the company gives one too—doubling the power of each gift.

Key Focus Areas

This year’s giving efforts are centered around three primary themes:

Education:
We aim to help expand access to learning through scholarships, educational tools, and programs that support students from underserved communities.

Health & Wellness:
We’re committed to helping build healthier communities by supporting initiatives that broaden healthcare access, encourage well-being, and assist individuals facing medical challenges.

Environmental Action:
We recognize the importance of protecting our planet. Our campaign will contribute to projects that champion conservation, sustainability, and responsible environmental stewardship.

Ways to Participate

We welcome everyone—employees, customers, partners, and neighbors—to join us in creating positive, lasting change. Here’s how you can be involved:

Support a Cause:
Give when you can. Even small donations make meaningful differences in the lives of others.

Volunteer Your Time:
Getting involved locally is one of the most powerful ways to contribute. A few hours of your time can make a big impact.

Share the Message:
Help expand our reach by spreading awareness. Use the hashtag #bluerockgiving, share our posts, and encourage others to participate. We believe any business, no matter its size, can play a part in giving back.

Thank you to all of our employees for selecting such impactful nonprofits and for your continued dedication to serving others through this program.

Below are some of the organizations chosen by BLUEROCK team members in both of this year’s giving initiatives:

"The Water Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that's bringing relief to communities around the world who suffer needlessly from a lack of access to clean water. We help raise both awareness and the funds needed to provide the most basic and life- sustaining need of people...water.

We believe that providing clean water restores hope by enabling our partners to make a life- changing impact through their broader development activity. We work closely with partners around the world who identify, implement, report on and follow up on each project. We share this information with our supporters through innovative tools online that inspire confidence in the work being done and the impact it has."

Pasado's Safe Haven

“Pasado's mission: In addition to investigating animal cruelty crimes and providing sanctuary and rehabilitation to animals who have suffered from abuse and neglect, we also advocate for better laws to protect animals and work to educate the public about how they can help end animal suffering. Through our uniquely comprehensive programs, we are able to help thousands of animals every year and spread a message of compassion to countless people.”

The Bertschi Fund

"The Bertschi Fund makes an important impact on our annual budget by providing critical funding to our school. Donors can choose to direct their donation to one of three areas:

  • Financial Aid: Help us continue to build an inclusive community. Your gift will directly underwrite financial aid awards that cover all areas of a Bertschi education including tuition, extended day, learning services, and summer camps.
  • Faculty Professional Development: Ensure ongoing excellence in teaching and curriculum based on best practices, culturally-responsive teaching, and more. Your donation will support funding for our faculty to pursue continued training as lifelong learners. Opportunities include the annual NAIS People of Color Conference and SXSW EDU Conference.
  • Area of Greatest Need: Allow Bertschi to direct gifts where they are most needed. Your donation will provide unrestricted operating funds that Bertschi uses to close the gap between tuition and the actual cost of a Bertschi education for all students."
