The BLUEROCK 10FG is a compact 10” / 250mm electric floor grinder and polishing machine powered by a 1.5 HP, 110V single-phase motor operating at 1730 RPM. Designed for wet or dry surface preparation of concrete, terrazzo, stone, cement overlays, epoxy coatings, brick and masonry, the 10FG can grind, level, prepare, remove coatings and progress into polishing with the appropriate tooling. Unlike machines limited to one proprietary tooling system, the 10FG includes both a Redi-Lock / Scan-On quick-change shoe plate and a standard 3/8” multi-hole mounting plate, providing access to a broad selection of diamond grinding, coating-removal and polishing tooling.

Tooling Selection
For general concrete grinding using the compatible BLUEROCK 10” diamond discs sold separately: #30 Coarse → #60 Medium → #120 Fine
For applications requiring different concrete bonds, PCD coating removal, specialized segment configurations or finer polishing, use the Redi-Lock / Scan-On plate with compatible tooling.
Redi-Lock / Scan-On Tooling Compatibility
The included 250mm Redi-Lock / Scan-On plate expands the 10FG beyond conventional bolt-on grinding discs by accepting up to six compatible quick-change shoes. This provides access to a broad range of Husqvarna Redi-Lock, Scanmaskin-style and compatible aftermarket floor-preparation tooling.
Compatible tooling types may include:
• Metal-bond diamond grinding shoes for concrete grinding and surface preparation
• Single- and double-segment tooling including bar, round/button, arrow, coffin, hexagonal and similar segment designs
• Soft, medium and hard bond tooling for matching diamond bond to different concrete hardness
• Coarse through fine diamond grits for material removal and progressive surface refinement
• PCD coating-removal shoes for epoxy, glue, paint, mastic and similar coatings
• Carbide scraper tooling for aggressive coating and adhesive removal
• Bush-hammer tooling for surface texturing and aggregate exposure
• Compatible hybrid and transitional tooling where available
The plate can also accept compatible 3” Redi-Lock / Scan-style Velcro polishing-pad holders, allowing the 10FG to run resin, ceramic, hybrid and other compatible polishing pads. Husqvarna offers a 75mm Redi-Lock resin-pad adapter specifically for this type of floor-grinder polishing setup.
Always verify the mounting configuration and machine suitability of third-party tooling before use.
Standard Multi-Hole Tooling Compatibility
The included standard 3/8” multi-hole plate allows the 10FG to use traditional bolt-on floor-grinding tooling. BLUEROCK’s 10” diamond grinding discs use a 4 × 3/8” threaded-hole mounting pattern, providing another widely available tooling option in addition to the Redi-Lock system.
