The BLUEROCK Tools SPC-20 Soil Pipe Cutter is a heavy-duty, hand-operated chain cutter designed for cutting soil, cast iron, concrete, and clay pipe from 4" to 20" in diameter. Its chain-style design is particularly useful for cutting large-diameter pipe in trenches, pits, along installed pipelines, and other locations where working space or access may be limited.

The SPC-20 uses a ratcheting action to apply cutting force through the chain-mounted cutter wheels around the circumference of the pipe. The cutter wheels are constructed from high shock-resistant tool steel, while an integrated hand guard helps protect the operator's knuckles during use. Because the cutter is completely hand operated, it can also be used where electrical power is unavailable or undesirable.
