The BLUEROCK Tools HPC-9 Hinged Pipe Cutter is a heavy-duty, hand-operated pipe cutter designed for cutting cast iron, ductile iron, and mild steel pipe from 6" to 9" in diameter. Its compact hinged design requires only approximately 90° to 110° of handle clearance, making it particularly useful for cutting large pipe in trenches, pits, along installed pipelines, and other areas where working space is limited.

The HPC-9 uses four cutter wheels positioned around the pipe to provide controlled, even cutting action. Spring-action guides help align the cutter properly on the pipe, while the cutter wheels are constructed from high shock-resistant tool steel for demanding professional applications. Because the cutter is completely hand operated, it can be used in locations where electrical power is unavailable or undesirable.
