BLUEROCK BR-135 Pipe Stand Roller Head Assembly
The BLUEROCK Tools BR-135 Pipe Stand Roller Head Assembly is designed for use with BLUEROCK FPS-135 Series folding pipe stands. It can be used to convert the standard FPS-135 V-head pipe stand to a roller-style supportor as a replacement roller head assembly for the FPS-135W/R Folding Pipe Stand with Rollers.
The V-shaped roller arrangement supports round pipe while allowing the pipe to move longitudinally through the stand, making it useful for pipe threading, grooving, cutting, fabrication, and other applications where pipe needs to be repositioned during the work process.

The BR-135 roller head allows supported pipe to move. Improper use can result in unexpected pipe movement, falling loads, serious injury, or death.
- ROLLER HAZARD — Pipe can roll or move unexpectedly. Maintain control of supported pipe and prevent unintended movement.
- Use the BR-135 only with a compatible BLUEROCK FPS-135 Series pipe stand and install it securely before loading pipe.
- Follow all load, pipe-size, setup, inspection, and operating limitations of the pipe stand on which the BR-135 is installed.
- Never work, crawl, reach, or position any part of your body beneath supported pipe.
- Use a minimum of two properly positioned pipe stands to support a length of pipe. Additional stands may be necessary depending on pipe length, diameter, weight, and balance.
- Always use stands on a firm, level, stable surface.
- Center and balance pipe on the rollers before beginning work.
- Never drop pipe onto the rollers. Lower pipe carefully into position.
- Keep hands and other body parts clear of pinch, crush, and rolling hazards.
- Inspect the rollers and mounting components before each use. Do not use damaged, bent, cracked, excessively worn, or improperly functioning components.
- Never use the pipe stand or BR-135 to support a vehicle, person, scaffolding, or other unintended load.
- Never modify the roller assembly or pipe stand.
