The BLUEROCK BR-135 Pipe Stand Roller Wheel Set converts a BLUEROCK FPS-135 Folding V-Head Pipe Stand to a roller-style pipe support and serves as a replacement roller set for the FPS-135W/R Folding Roller Pipe Stand. The V-style roller arrangement supports round pipe while allowing controlled longitudinal movement for easier positioning during pipe threading, roll grooving, cutting, fabrication, and maintenance work. This is an accessory/replacement roller set only; pipe stand sold separately.

The BR-135 is designed specifically for the BLUEROCK FPS-135 Series pipe stands. Install the set on an FPS-135 to replace the standard V-head support with rollers, or use it as the replacement roller set for an FPS-135W/R.
When installed on the FPS-135 Series stand, pipe size, working height, load capacity, setup, and operating limitations remain those specified for the complete pipe stand. The FPS-135W/R is rated for pipe up to 11" (300 mm) diameter, adjusts from 28"–48" (700–1220 mm), and has a maximum rated stand capacity of 2,200 lb. (1,000 kg). These ratings apply to the complete properly configured stand and should not be interpreted as a separate load rating for the BR-135 roller set by itself.

Important: Roller supports allow pipe to move. Maintain control of the pipe and prevent unintended rolling or movement. Use a minimum of two appropriately positioned pipe stands to support a length of pipe; additional stands may be required depending on pipe length, diameter, weight, and balance. Always operate on a firm, level, stable surface and follow the operating and load limitations of the pipe stand.
