BLUEROCK FPS-135 28"-48" Folding Universal Pipe Stand – 2,200 LB Capacity
The BLUEROCK Tools FPS-135 Folding Universal Pipe Stand is a heavy-duty adjustable support stand designed to support and position pipe during pipe threading, grooving, cutting, fabrication, and other pipe-working operations. Its folding tripod-style base provides a stable working platform while allowing the stand to be collapsed for easier transport and storage.
The FPS-135 features an adjustable working height from approximately 28" to 48" (700-1220 mm) and supports pipe up to 11" (300 mm) in diameter. The V-head helps cradle and center round pipe, while the adjustable support tube allows the working height to be positioned for the application before the pipe is loaded.
With a maximum rated load capacity of 2,200 lbs. (1,000 kg), the FPS-135 is designed for heavy pipe-support applications when properly set up and used within its rated capacity.

NEVER use this pipe stand to support a vehicle or any part of a vehicle. This product is designed for supporting pipe during pipe-working operations. It is NOT a vehicle jack stand and must never be used for automotive support.

NEVER work, crawl, reach, or position any part of your body underneath pipe or another load supported by the stand.

NEVER exceed the 2,200 lb. (1,000 kg) maximum rated load capacity.

Always use a minimum of TWO pipe stands to support a single length of pipe. Additional stands may be required depending on the pipe's length, diameter, weight, and balance.

Use the stand only on a smooth, level, firm, stable surface. Never use on unstable, uneven, soft, dirt, or gravel surfaces.

Adjust and lock the stand height BEFORE loading the pipe. Never attempt to raise, lower, reposition, fold, or otherwise adjust the stand while it is supporting a load.

Make certain the height-adjustment locking mechanism is fully engaged before loading.

Center the pipe on the support head and distribute the load appropriately between stands.

Never drop pipe onto the stand. Lower the pipe carefully into position to avoid impact loading, stand damage, or loss of stability.

Keep personnel clear of supported pipe and be aware of pinch and crush hazards.

Inspect the stand before every use, including the legs, braces, feet, welds, support head, adjustment tube, and locking components.

Do not use a bent, cracked, deformed, damaged, or improperly functioning stand.

Never weld, drill, alter, or otherwise modify the stand.

Wear appropriate PPE for the work being performed, including safety glasses, heavy-duty gloves, steel-toed footwear, and head protection as applicable.
