The BLUEROCK FPS-135 Folding V-Head Pipe Stand is a heavy-duty adjustable support designed for pipe threading, grooving, cutting, fabrication, and maintenance work. Its V-head supports and centers pipe up to 11” diameter, while the stand adjusts from 28” to 48” and provides a maximum rated load capacity of 2,200 lbs. (1,000 kg). Folding tripod-style legs allow the stand to collapse for easier transportation and storage.

Important Safety Information
Improper use of a pipe stand can result in falling loads, serious injury, or death. Read and understand all safety instructions before use.
• NEVER use this stand to support a vehicle, person, scaffolding, structure, or any load beneath which personnel will work.
• NEVER exceed the 2,200 lb. (1,000 kg) maximum rated load capacity.
• Always use a minimum of two appropriately positioned pipe stands to support a single length of pipe. Additional stands may be required based on pipe length, diameter, weight, and balance.
• Use only on a smooth, level, firm, stable surface with the legs fully opened and properly positioned.
• Adjust and securely lock the stand height before loading. Never adjust, reposition, or fold the stand while loaded.
• Center the pipe on the V-head and properly distribute the load between stands. Never drop pipe onto the stand.
• Keep personnel clear of supported pipe and pinch and crush hazards.
• Inspect the stand before each use. Do not use if any legs, braces, feet, welds, support head, adjustment components, or locking mechanisms are damaged or malfunctioning.
• Never weld, drill, alter, or otherwise modify the stand.
• Wear appropriate PPE for the application, including safety glasses, gloves, protective footwear, and head protection as required.
