BLUEROCK FPS-135W/R 28"-48" Folding Universal Pipe Stand with BR-135 Rollers – 2,200 LB Capacity
The BLUEROCK Tools FPS-135W/R Folding Universal Pipe Stand with BR-135 Rollers is a heavy-duty adjustable pipe support designed to support and position pipe during pipe threading, grooving, cutting, fabrication, and other pipe-working operations. The roller-style head allows supported pipe to move longitudinally for easier positioning during applicable pipe-working operations.
Because the roller head allows the pipe to move, the operator must maintain control of the pipe and prevent unintended rolling or movement at all times. Pipe must be properly supported and balanced using a minimum of two appropriately positioned stands, and additional stands may be required depending on the pipe's length, diameter, weight, and balance. Never leave pipe in a condition where it can roll or move unexpectedly.
The FPS-135W/R features an adjustable working height from approximately 28" to 48" (700-1220 mm) and supports pipe up to 11" (300 mm) in diameter. Its folding tripod-style base provides a stable working platform when properly set up on a firm, level surface while allowing the stand to be collapsed for easier transportation and storage.
With a maximum rated load capacity of 2,200 lbs. (1,000 kg), the FPS-135W/R is designed for heavy pipe-support applications when properly positioned and used within its rated capacity.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Improper use of a pipe stand can result in stand failure, falling or moving loads, serious injury, or death. Read and understand all safety instructions before use.
- ROLLER HAZARD — Supported pipe can roll or move unexpectedly. Maintain control of the pipe at all times and secure it against unintended movement when necessary for the operation.
- NEVER use this pipe stand to support a vehicle or any part of a vehicle. It is NOT a vehicle jack stand.
- NEVER work, crawl, reach, or position any part of your body underneath pipe or another load supported by the stand.
- NEVER exceed the 2,200 lb. (1,000 kg) maximum rated load capacity.
- Always use a minimum of TWO pipe stands to support a single length of pipe. Additional stands may be required depending on the pipe's length, diameter, weight, and balance.
- Use only on a smooth, level, firm, stable surface.
- Adjust and lock the stand height BEFORE loading the pipe. Never raise, lower, reposition, fold, or otherwise adjust the stand while loaded.
- Make certain the height-adjustment locking mechanism is fully engaged before loading.
- Center and balance the pipe on the rollers and properly distribute the load between stands.
- Never drop pipe onto the rollers. Lower the pipe carefully into position.
- Keep personnel clear of supported pipe and be aware of pinch, crush, and rolling hazards.
- Inspect the stand before every use, including the legs, braces, feet, welds, rollers, adjustment tube, and locking components.
- Do not use a bent, cracked, deformed, damaged, or improperly functioning stand.
- Never weld, drill, alter, or otherwise modify the stand.
- Wear appropriate PPE, including safety glasses, heavy-duty gloves, steel-toed footwear, and head protection as applicable.
This pipe stand is a pipe-support device only. It is not intended for supporting vehicles, people, scaffolding, structures, or loads beneath which personnel will work.
