The BLUEROCK HPC-4 Hinged Pipe Cutter is a heavy-duty hand-operated cutter designed for 2” to 4” cast iron, ductile iron, and mild steel pipe. Its four-wheel hinged design requires only approximately 90°–110° of handle movement, allowing pipe to be cut in trenches, pits, installed pipelines, and other areas where a full rotation around the pipe is not possible.
