The BLUEROCK 12Z1 T/S Concrete Core Drill Package combines our high-capacity 12” stand-mounted wet/dry core drill with a vacuum pump and vacuum-ready base for securing the rig to suitable concrete surfaces without drilling an anchor hole. The 2600W dual-speed motor provides 460 and 900 RPM operating speeds for different core bit diameters, while the tilting stand supports both vertical and angled coring. Designed for contractors drilling concrete, rebar reinforced concrete, rock, brick masonry and asphalt for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, utility and structural penetrations.

Vacuum Base Use

The included vacuum system allows the drill stand to be secured without drilling a mechanical anchor hole when used on a suitable smooth, flat and non-porous surface.

Vacuum mounting is not appropriate for every drilling surface. Rough, cracked, porous or uneven concrete can reduce vacuum and prevent the base from maintaining adequate suction. Always verify that the base is securely mounted and maintaining vacuum before and during drilling.  

Use the 900 RPM setting for smaller/medium-diameter core bits and the 460 RPM setting for larger-diameter bits.
