The BLUEROCK 12Z1 T/S Concrete Core Drill is a high-capacity, stand-mounted wet coring machine designed for drilling holes up to 12” diameter in concrete, rebar reinforced concrete, rock, brick, tile masonry and asphalt. Its 2600W dual-speed motor provides 460 and 900 RPM operating speeds for matching larger and smaller diamond core bits, while the tilting stand allows both vertical and angled coring. The integrated water connection, rolling base and vacuum-ready mounting system make the 12Z1 T/S well suited for contractors performing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, utility and structural concrete penetrations.

Applications & Core Bit Selection

The 12Z1 T/S is designed for stand-mounted wet diamond coring in concrete, reinforced concrete, masonry and asphalt. Typical applications include plumbing and drain penetrations, electrical and conduit openings, HVAC penetrations, utility work, anchor openings and large-diameter holes through concrete walls, floors and structures.

Use the 900 RPM setting for smaller/medium-diameter core bits and the 460 RPM setting for larger-diameter bits.  

When using the vacuum-base function, the mounting surface must be suitable for maintaining vacuum. Smooth, flat concrete provides the best adhesion; rough, cracked or uneven surfaces can prevent the base from maintaining adequate suction. For unsuitable surfaces, use an appropriate mechanical anchoring method.
