The BLUEROCK 12Z1 T/S is a high-capacity 12” wet/dry concrete core drilling machine with a 2600W dual-speed motor, tilting stand, rolling vacuum base, and upgraded VP-200 Tank Vacuum Pump. Designed for drilling concrete, reinforced concrete with rebar, asphalt, masonry, brick, block, rock, stone, and similar mineral-based materials with the appropriate diamond core bit, the 12Z1 T/S provides 460 and 900 RPM operating speeds for larger and smaller diameter coring applications. The included VP-200 produces up to -0.09 MPa vacuum with 113 L/min airflow and adds a 4-liter reserve tank, integrated vacuum gauge, water trap, and protective steel frame for demanding vacuum-base drilling applications.

The included VP-200 Tankless Vacuum Pump allows the drill stand to be secured without drilling an anchor hole when coring vertically on a suitable surface.
Vacuum mounting works best on clean, smooth, flat and relatively non-porous concrete. Rough, cracked, porous or uneven surfaces may prevent the base from maintaining adequate suction.
Important: Always verify that adequate vacuum is established and maintained before beginning drilling.
