The BLUEROCK M16 Concrete Core Drill Stand Anchor Kit is a complete heavy-duty mounting system for securely anchoring core drill stands to concrete. The kit includes 18 M16 x 65mm drop-in anchors, 20mm SDS-Plus drill bit, M16 x 250mm quick-release threaded rod, setting tool, clamping hardware and carrying case for fast, repeated core drill stand installations.

Installation & Compatibility
Drill a 20mm diameter hole at least 70mm deep, thoroughly clean the hole, insert the M16 anchor flush with the concrete surface, and expand it using the included setting tool. Thread the M16 mounting rod into the installed anchor, position the drill stand, and secure it with the supplied washer and clamping hardware.
The M16 kit is intended as BLUEROCK’s heavy-duty anchoring option for compatible core drill stands and provides greater anchoring capacity than the M12 system. Required anchoring capacity depends on the drill, stand design, motor torque, core bit diameter, drilling orientation, concrete condition and mounting geometry. For smaller or less demanding applications, consider the BLUEROCK M12 Standard-Duty Anchor Kit when compatible with the drill stand.
Important: Verify that the anchor is properly installed and the core drill stand is rigid and securely mounted before operating the drill. Follow the mounting requirements specified by the core drill and stand manufacturer.
